Bram was born in Philadelphia, PA. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Calvin College in 1991 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 1994.

He was admitted to the practice of law in South Dakota in 1994, Iowa in 1996, the U.S. District Court for South Dakota in 1994, the U.S. Court of Appeals 8th District in 1994, and the U.S. District Court Northern District of Iowa in 2006. Mr. Weidenaar emphasizes representing people injured in motor vehicle collisions, truck collisions and injury workers in both Iowa and South Dakota.

Mr. Weidenaar is a member of the South Dakota Bar Association, Iowa Bar Association, American Bar Association, South Dakota Trial Lawyers Association, Iowa Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice, Worker’s Injury and Advocacy Law Group (WILG), Global Directory of Who’s Who – Top Lawyer and The National Trial Lawyers Association – Top 100 Plaintiff’s Attorney.

While not working for his clients, Bram likes to spend time with wife and two daughters. He is an avid motorcyclist. Bram also likes to run, having completed multiple marathons.
