Since graduating from law school in 2008, Ben has spent his whole career representing injured individuals and their families against large corporations and insurance companies when they have been injured or wronged. Ben has tried numerous jury trials in various courts throughout northern and central Ohio. The majority of the verdicts Ben has obtained on behalf of his clients have been at least double than what the insurance company was willing to offer to settle. Ben attributes this mostly to the unreasonable position that insurance companies often take. In addition, Ben attributes the results he has obtained for his clients to the time and preparation he puts into each case.
In 2017 Ben was selected as an Ohio Super Lawyer, Rising Star, an award given to less than 2.5% of all lawyers.
