Originally from Midland, Michigan, Brad spent nearly two decades living in Baltimore, Maryland.  He graduated from Towson State University (Towson, Maryland) in 1990 and The University of Baltimore School of Law (Baltimore, Maryland) in 1994.  He is admitted to practice law in Indiana, Maryland, Washington, DC, and Alabama.  After working in Baltimore, Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Birmingham, Alabama, for the first six years of his legal career, Brad joined Ken Nunn in 2001. 

In 2007, Brad became a Board Certified Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification, an American Bar Association accredited organization providing Board Certification.  From 2010 through 2015, Brad has received the distinction of being named a Super Lawyer by his legal peers in Indiana.  According to the 2013 Indiana Jury Verdict Reporter (Year End Review), Brad is the plaintiff’s attorney with the highest number of reported civil jury verdicts in Indiana from 2000 to 2013.  Brad led Indiana with the most reported civil jury verdicts in 2003 and 2013. 

Brad is Life Member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.  He has been selected to the Top Attorneys in Indiana organization since 2011 and, has been named to the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by The National Trial Lawyers organization.  Brad is a proud member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and Indiana Bar Association.  With more than 20 years of experience in handling personal injury and wrongful death cases, Brad is committed to helping others.
