Johnny Garza pursues his passion of being a plaintiff’s attorney, specializing in personal injury and wrongful death claims as a partner at Adame Garza, LLP.

As part of the landmark case, Republic Waste Services of Texas Ltd. v. Elida Griselda Martinez, Mr. Garza helped the family of an undocumented immigrant obtain a wrongful death award based on his U.S. earnings. The verdict was upheld in the Texas Court of Appeals after the company appealed the basis of the future wages on U.S. earnings rather than what the deceased would have earned in El Savador.

He has been named a Texas SuperLawyer and among Houston’s Top Lawyers by H Magazine, a Rising Star by Texas Monthly, SuperLawyers, and Aztec Muse Magazine. Mr. Garza is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in personal injury law.
