Joshua E. Polsky is an experienced litigator with years of experience in high-stakes trial work, managing a complex multi-million dollar civil litigation practice focused in mass tort, personal injury, wrongful death, and brain injury matters stemming from automobile negligence, premises liability, products liability, medical malpractice and construction defect claims. 

Mr. Polsky has been featured in the Sun-Sentinel and Palm Beach Post for his legal accomplishments and he has received numerous awards and recognition from peers and organizations alike including: AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell – the highest rank awarded by the national rating agency; Named 2014 "Legal Elite" in Civil Trial work by Florida Trend Magazine; Recognized as a "Top Lawyer" by the South Florida Legal Guide; and he was named Florida "Rising Star" by Florida Lawyers Magazine (2013 – 2017). Mr. Polsky has also been a featured legal lecturer at multiple Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies throughout the nation as well as several law schools throughout the State of Florida. 

Prior to his legal career, Mr. Polsky had the distinct privilege of working on the 2004 Presidential Campaign after having served as a Congressional Aide within the United States Senate. He takes exceptional pride in his extracurricular devotion to civic and charitable organizations in South Florida, presently serving as a Board Member for Covenant House Florida and as an appointee to the City of Plantation's Unsafe Structures Committee. 

Mr. Polsky earned his Juris Doctorate Cum Laude from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, and his Bachelor of Arts focused in Business and Psychology from the University of Central Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar and is licensed in both the Florida state and federal courts.
