Katelyn Holub received her J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. She graduated summa cum laude from Valparaiso University's Christ College, the University's honors college.

While in law school, Ms. Holub was an editor for the Indiana International and Comparative Law Review and won the 2014 CALI Excellence for the Future Award. Ms. Holub served as a legal intern for the Indianapolis Museum of Art and for the Indiana State Department of Health, focusing on administrative law. Additionally, she interned in the corporate legal department of Indiana University Health. She was an intern to the Honorable Jane Magnus-Stinson, U.S. District Court Judge for the Southern District of Indiana.

Ms. Holub is admitted to practice in the State of Indiana, the U.S. Federal District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States.

Ms. Holub co-authored Television and Furniture Tip-Over Cases, 38 Verdict 2 (2017). Ms. Holub co-hosts the weekly podcast "Personal Injury Primer," which highlights different topics within the field of personal injury law. In 2020, she co-authored the book "Personal Injury Primer: Volume 1," a compilation of the podcast's first 52 episodes. In 2021, she co-authored "Personal Injury Primer: Volume 2.
