Kyle is a trial lawyer, who represents clients in federal and state courts with a focus on personal injury and immigration issues.  Kyle has received a community service award, clients’ choice award, and “10.0 Superb Rating.” 

Kyle was born in Boston and raised in Oakland.  He is a former youth basketball coach and current big brother with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Nevada.  He volunteers at Three Square Food Bank and the Thomas & Mack Legal Clinic at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law.  Kyle also serves on the Board of Directors for the Immigration Law Clinic Alumni Council and the Executive Committee of the Howard D. McKibben American Inn of Court.

 Kyle received his B.A. in Sociology and J.D. from the University of California, Davis.  During law school, he clerked for the U.S. Air Force Judge Advocate General’s Corps, Professor Bill Ong Hing, and Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy, LLP.  After graduating, Kyle lived in Denver and clerked for the Honorable Kristin L. Mix of the U.S. District Court.  

Kyle is a Bay Area sports fanatic, snowboarder, and golfer, who enjoys playing basketball, chess, and poker.
