Mark E. Godbey is an experienced attorney and the founder of Godbey Law LLC, a full-service law firm based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Born and raised in Cincinnati, Mark Godbey has dedicated himself to providing quality legal service to clients in Southwestern Ohio and Northern Kentucky for over three decades.

Education and Early Career

Mark Godbey earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Walsh University in 1985. He then his law degree from the University of Akron School of Law in 1988.  He is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. 

Founding Godbey Law LLC

In 1993, Mark Godbey founded Godbey Law LLC with the mission to offer high-quality, cost-effective legal representation, while ensuring personalized attention to each client. Under his leadership, the firm has grown to include multiple attorneys and support staff, collectively bringing over a century of combined legal experience. The firm operates from several locations, including offices in Downton Cincinnati, West Chester, OH and Florence, KY.
