Michael is a fierce yet compassionate advocate for his clients, having recovered more than $10M from defendants in his first five years of practice. Michael joined Levinson Axelrod, P.A. in 2010 after receiving his law degree from the Seton Hall University School of Law. Licensed to practice in both New Jersey and New York, Michael focuses primarily onpersonal injury, premises liability, and PIP no-fault insurance cases. 

Born and raised in New York City, Michael attended Manasquan High School in Monmouth County. He then graduated with honors from Lehigh University with a triple-major in Literature, History and Journalism. After college, Michael worked on both public policy and speech writing in the Office of the Governor of New Jersey. Additionally, he worked on the successful re-election campaign of Gov. Ed Rendell of Pennsylvania. 

During law school Michael worked in the chambers of the Hon. Garry J. Furnari (New Jersey Superior Court - Essex Vicinage), the Hon. Chief Justice Stuart Rabner (New Jersey Supreme Court) and the Hon. William J. Martini (United States District Court - New Jersey).

 Michael is an active a member of the Middlesex County Trial Lawyers Association, the Middlesex County Bar Association, the New Jersey Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice. He resides in Somerset County with his wife and their dog.
