Nadia M. Metroka Esq. was born in a town located 20 minutes northeast of Philadelphia. She is one of five children and describes her childhood as "never a dull moment".
While attending law school at St. Thomas University School of Law, she received three book awards, the highest grade in the class, in the following classes: Comparative Constitutional Law, Constitutional Law I, and Guardianship Law. Additionally, she made Dean's list, was Community Liasion for the Elder Law Society and Vice President thereafter. She focused her studies on Elder Law, and as a result received and graduated with a certificate in Elder Law.
Her practice has provided legal advice and counseling to a wide variety of client matters such as unpaid wages, employment benefits, EEOC matters (specifically sexual harassment in the workplace), business contract disputes/litigation, car accidents, premises liability, probate, and referrals. However, these days her practice is proudly focused on fighting for the rights of injured people.
She is a passionate legal advocate, as well as a relentless problem solver, and is dedicated to helping her clients find the solution that works best for them. She believes there is nothing more debilitating than ignorance and nothing as empowering as a well-constructed plan.
When she's not practicing law, Attorney Metroka enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, attending live music concerts, walking her dog, horseback riding in Davie, trap shooting, scuba diving, and being outdoors.
She's a member of the Florida Justice Association, The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40, the National Association of Personal Injury Attorneys, and has an Avvo rating of 6.2.
