Nicholas Homan was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from South Texas College of Law in 2012 where he was a member of the South Texas Law Review and Dean's List. In law school, Nicholas competed in 10 national Appellate Advocacy and Mock Trial competitions and was inducted into the Order of Barristers. Since the day he graduated law school, Nicholas has been fighting for the injured and disadvantaged. He has extensive experience litigating complex civil cases throughout the U.S., including automobile, truck, and motorcycle accidents; premises liability; products liability; hunting accidents; maritime injuries; toxic tort; oil & gas; contract disputes; civil rights violations; and others. Nicholas is licensed to practice law in Texas, California, and several other federal district courts and appellate courts. In September of 2018, Nicholas served as lead trial attorney and won a $1.2M jury verdict on behalf of his client who was badly injured on a cruise ship.
