For more than 25 years, Jeff's practice has focused exclusively on representing victims injured by negligence and families who have lost loved ones due to the carelessness of others. During his professional career, Jeff has represented thousands of injured victims and families due to motor vehicle collisions, semi-tractor trailer collisions, slip, trip and fall occurrences and construction site fatalities.

Jeff is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice.

As a result of his hard work and dedication to the practice of law, he has received numerous awards and commendations, including being selected to the Nation's Top One Percent of attorneys by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel; being named one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in America; and being named to the Indiana Super Lawyers List.

Other recognition for Jeff includes the Martindale Hubbell AV Preeminent Attorney award (2011,2012, 2013, 2014, 2015); the Benchmark Plaintiff Local Litigation Star 2012; 2009-2014 Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.

Jeff is a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice. His community involvement includes the Gary Dudley Memorial Scholarship Fund and the Andrew P. Winzenread Scholarship Fund.

Jeff is also active in the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum, where he has authored and lectured on current issues and new developments in personal injury/insurance litigation, including how-to handle uninsured and underinsured motorist cases, special issues in automobile cases and how to handle a Wrongful Death estate in Indiana.

Jeff graduated from Indiana University and the Indiana University School of Law.
